Call to Order: 6:05

- 6:10 – Vote is closed with 152 YES votes and 31 NO votes
- Resident question on when/where we will announce changes
- Told that we need to go through the legal channels to officially change the bylaws
- Website will be updated when we can
Regular Meeting Begins – 6:15
Treasurer’s Report
- Account Balance: $73,437.85
- Outstanding Balamce: $6,600
Design Review
- None lately, but expecting more when summer gets closer
Old Business
- Amnesty letter sent to Dayflower house
- Payment of $3,003 made
- House is now up to date
Budget for 2026
- Planned expenses total $30,756
- Davey was re-quoted and provided the best price over other landscapers
Accounting
- Review/explanation of online pay for residents in attendence
- 43 Residents signed up for online pay so far
Garage Sale
- Tentatively planned for weekend of June
- Friday night (6-8) and Saturday all day (9-3)
Pet Nuisance Complaints
- Our bylaws do not address this
- City has their own regulations
Creating an Electronic Copy of Bylaws
- Lawyers offer as a service
- Dave will ask for quote
Call for Resident Participation
Ideas for Expenses and Projects?
- Snow plow service for sidewalks
- Add more flowers and things where the roses used to be
- Hire an expert to bring back / maintain butterfly garden (Davey?)
- New sign board
Things Need Fixing
- Fixes to fence, leaning boards
- Light post down on Dayflower (city manages this)
Electric in Entrance
- Adding outlet so we can light trees
- Fix electric along fence
- Jed to look through minutes to find out which company installed it all
- Maybe update the spot lights
Discussion on Joining the Board
- Explanaition of difference posts and resposnsibilities
- Discussion on simply needing more voices in the room
- Rowdy volunteered to join
