Voting on Sheds
This Thursday, Feb. 26 from 6-8pm we will be holding a meeting at the Twinsburg Community Center to vote on amending our By-Laws to allow for sheds to be built on our properties.
You received a packet of information regarding this vote with your yearly dues letter last month. In summary, our By-Laws currently prohibit sheds of any kind. We aim to change this to allow sheds with restrictions on size, placement, upkeep, and other conditions.
Each household gets one vote. To vote YES, you must return the proxy form you received in that packet before the meeting*, or attend the meeting and vote in person. In order to pass, we must receive 135 or more YES votes (the threshold for passage being “more than 50% of resident homes”). NO votes are not counted, other than providing feedback on opinion.
* Proxies can be scanned and emailed to theglenwoodpreserve@gmail.com or physically mailed to P.O. Box 655, Twinsburg, Ohio, 44087. All proxies must be in-hand before the meeting begins.
