- 6:02 – Questions from residents
- Are residents with unpaid dues allowed to vote?
Yes. - How long will voting last?
We can keep accepting votes until a majority is reached. - How will we keep track of sheds for the maintenance policy?
We can see portions of the yards from the sidewalk, as well as relying on neighbors to make reports. Additionally, we do have permission in the by-laws to go on resident’s properties to inspect at any time. - Do people who sent proxy votes need to come in and vote in person?
No, the proxy works like a mail in ballot. - How are already-existing sheds going to be monitored?
They were grandfathered in, so will be left alone unless they are falling into disrepair and need attention. - Does the shed need to come through us from an approved company?
No, the process is the same as any other exterior change. You will submit a Design Review request for us to discuss. - How does the city approval work with this?
The city needs to approve with their own process in addition to the Board approving through our process. They are separate processes. - How are residents supposed to know how these processes work?
Everything is on the website. We’re volunteers, and aren’t going to give our personal numbers out. - Concern about being required to have a shed
Clarification that sheds are not mandatory. This provision is only to allow sheds to be built for those who want them.
- Are residents with unpaid dues allowed to vote?

- Suggestion to have the attorneys attend a meeting once a year
