- Dave reconciled QB balance with Bank Account
- Dave and Tom to review previous annual budgets to reconcile year-to-year
Design Review:
- Addition on Andover – approved
- Fence – Approved for four feet, not five
- Roof patching – Denied for mismatched coloring
Old Business:
Fire House discussion
- On City Buidling Dept recommendation, Dave to reach out to homeowner
- Possible next step to be filing an official complaint with city
- Dumpster needs to be moved
Future meetings
- To be held at Rec Center (two free per year)

- Handles payments to vendors
- Handles taxes
- What do we need to do for online payments – third party service
